Yup, that's right. We are cycling through the Fat smash phases again. We have been living in phase 4, and both of us have put weight back on. The first time I did all of the phases, I lost 27 lbs. so I am hoping to jump start my weight loss again.For those of you who don't know about the Fat Smash Diet, you can find out more here.
Yes, you read that right. All we can eat in phase 1 is unlimited fruits and vegetables (except white potatoes or avocado), chickpeas, lentils, tofu, and beans. Also, limited amounts of brown rice; low-fat, skim, or soy milk; oatmeal; low-fat yogurt; egg whites; and herbal tea. It isn't as bad as it sounds... I promise!
The boys will eat what we do, for the most part but they aren't on a diet, so I do cook other things for them.
All meal are served with a salad, fruit of my choice, and cut fresh vegetables.

Boys: Christian's Birthday - Lamb *something* - Christian asked for lamb for his birthday dinner. I have never cooked lamb, so I am turning it over to Marty.
Adults: Ribollita (Another Tuscan Bean Soup), Orange and Fennel Salad
12/12 - Wednesday
Boys: My Birthday - Jamaican Jerk Chicken, Black Beans (w/ tomatoes, onions, cilantro and other good stuff)
Adults: Black Beans (w/ tomatoes, onions, cilantro and other good stuff), Brown Rice
